Vin Diesel Body Workout Routine


Ever wonder how Vin Diesel get his excellent body?

First of all, He used to be a bouncer which mean that He already got his abs before He become an actor. So you need to understand that he has been working out since early age, you don't want to start training now and in the next three month your body become like Vin Diesel. It just not possible. But for the next couple year then it is possible.

Anyway not many people how vin diesel work out routine look like, but here what I thought of His exercise:

Day one:

Chest - Flat Bench Press for 3-4 sets (2x Warm up 1-2x Working sets) with 8-12 Reps followed with incline dumbell press with also 3-4 sets same as above.

Triceps - Close Grip Bench Press for 2-4 sets (1-2 W.U sets and 1-2x Working sets) with 8-12 reps followed with Skull Crushers with also same sets as before.

Pilates and Yoga for 1 hour

Day two:

It is for the back with Wide Grip Pull-ups/Lat Pulldowns, Deadlifts, Barbell Bent Over Row with 3-4 sets (2 x warm up 1-2x Working sets), 8-12 reps and then rest for 2

Bicep Curls (barbell) with 2-4 sets (1-2x warm up 1-2x Working sets), 8-12 reps

and then stretch

Day three:

For the legs: Squats or Leg Press, Romanian Deadlift, Seated Calf Raises, with 4 sets (2x Warm up 2 x Working) for 8-12 reps and rest for 2 min

For the shoulder: Dumbell or Barbell Press and Upright Rows with 3-4 sets (2 x warm up 1-2x Working sets), 8-12 reps and then rest for 2 min.

And then yoga for 1 hour.

Repeat to day one after this.

So this is what Vin Diesel work out look like (sort of)... either this or because He play World Of Warcraft that make him big and strong like that.

Will Smith Exercise and 3 Body Changes




Will Smith has great body in the movie I am legend, but his body doesn't always like that. He has change his body three times for three different movie. the first one in the left is from the movie Ali, now you can see that he has to gain weight to make body like that. Will smith in the movie Ali gain weight from 185 to 210 pound. In the middle is from the movie irobot, the body fat as you can see is much little because he want to burn more fat, from 12% body fat to 7.5% body fat youchh...

But personally I prefer him in the third movie I am legend, that body is perfect because its not to big and not to small. And all he got to do in this movie is lose weight, and he said that he has much more easier time losing weight than gaining weight.

Anne Hathaway is one of my favorite actress, she has the most awesome body according to me.

But how does she got that great body anyway?

Diet: Anne Hathaway has learn the wrong dieting the hard way, when the movie devil wear prada she only eat fish, fruit and vegetables. It is very hard diet and very eat up your mental because she used to cried when she is on this diet.

Right now she has more healthier diet. In the morning she would have white egg, steamed vegetables buritos in the morning. Consitent eating and the rest of the meal should be a healthy meal consist of all the complete nutrition a body need.

Exercise: The exercise for her is basically the same as other exercise with only one diferrence, the butt exercise. In the movie 'Get smart' she has to have great ass to appear awesome in the movie and thus she do this exercise.

“using a chair or bench, step up leading with your right foot 10 times, and leading with your left foot 10 times for three to five sets. Push through your heel and you get it to work your butt and thigh at the same time”.

Hugh Jackman Awesome workout and diet


Hugh Jackman has one heck of a body. What is his secret to keep his body awesome like that?

Well lets check out his diet:

He wake up as early as possible to eat white egg and then every three hour he would have a protein balance meal but then after midday he would have no carbohydrates because middle of the day you don't need to have many calories.

"I get up at 4am and eat egg whites, then every three hours after that. I have a combination of protein or steamed vegetables and brown rice. Then after midday, no rice or carbohydrates. It's just vegetables and meat or fish."
His exercise:
Lots of heavy iron: bench-press variations,leg presses , light squats, and barbell lunges. Pretty common weight training. And then he would change the activities every three weeks to make sure he has the right combination of tone. Sometime it is a weight exercise, sometime it is a light weight training and sometimes some fast exercise.

Want to be like Hugh Jackman? Do his awesome diet and exercise. The diet and the exercise is complementing each other, the protein is changed into muscle due to the exercise. If you only do the diet then where that protein would go??? Obviously you want to change that protein into great abs and muscle.

It is a suprise that
Gisele Bündchen doesn't have any diet secret whatsoever, she loves to eat meat. Cheese burger is the food she eat, unlike any other model who has strict diet control. My guess is that she is one of the people that doesn't get fat by eating meat because her blood metabolism is very good with meat. She also put cayenne pepper in her meal, and cayenne pepper can help increase metabolism for a few hour.

Diet:
You should know that Bale is a vegetarian and his meal is a complete balance of protein, carb, and fats. with more weight on the protein and carb of course, fat is essential in his body building but in a small number.

He get his protein, carb and fat from vegetarian meal such as fruit salad, vegetables, etc. Now the thing about being a vegetarian is that you eat only good fat because those food contain only monosaturated fat that is good for your weight unlike saturated fat common to be found in meat which is not good for your weight.


Exercise:
His exercise is awesome or should I say superhuman exercise. But then again Batman is not a superhuman, he is just an incredible man in a silly suit. Okay let's check his exercise:

This great actor said that he has became so addicted to milky coffee during filming the movie called 'The Terminal', where he play as an Eastern European refugee who lives in an airport and spends most of his time in its coffee shops.

Decided that the coffee is adding weight, he change into tea, paticularly British brand PG Tips.

He said: "I had to give up coffee because I was drinking so many lattes.I was putting away half a galloon of milk in a day.I found maybe I should do something to my diet so I gave up coffee and I'm drinking tea - delightful PG Tips. I don't care about caffeine, it's the milk that was getting to me."

Jennifer Aniston has the most perfect body and ass if you ask me, she has the ideal proportion of weight, not to skinny and not to over. So what is the secret for Jen? Like always it's not a secret but more like a common information, Jen move a lot and eat right... Jennifer does yoga for 2 hour every two days, she said that yoga also help in getting her taller. Jennifer jog everyday in the morning and also 20 or less minute in elliptical machine or treadmill, she even do Budokon (a combo of martial arts, yoga and meditation). Don't ask me about Budokon even I don't know what the exercise look like, but it seem a great exercise. Jen also promote healthy eating, on the series of "Friends" she eat the same salad everyday for ten years which make her more comfortable eating healthy food such as fruit and vegetables, imagine if in the series of "friends" she eat junk food everyday for ten year, I know what she would look like, she would look like fat Monica in the "Friends" 

Jen also a serious chain smoker which would help her in the weight control somehow, but those cancer stick would harm and certainly not worth it... we certainly don't recommend you to become a serious smoker, remember that Jen 95% weight secret is in her exercise and healthy diet and not the smoking.

Jennifer is in her 40's right now but she still looking good, it seem celebrities has more important issues in keeping that weight considering celebrity must have great shape on screen to entertain us.
