Jennifer Aniston has the most perfect body and ass if you ask me, she has the ideal proportion of weight, not to skinny and not to over. So what is the secret for Jen? Like always it's not a secret but more like a common information, Jen move a lot and eat right... Jennifer does yoga for 2 hour every two days, she said that yoga also help in getting her taller. Jennifer jog everyday in the morning and also 20 or less minute in elliptical machine or treadmill, she even do Budokon (a combo of martial arts, yoga and meditation). Don't ask me about Budokon even I don't know what the exercise look like, but it seem a great exercise. Jen also promote healthy eating, on the series of "Friends" she eat the same salad everyday for ten years which make her more comfortable eating healthy food such as fruit and vegetables, imagine if in the series of "friends" she eat junk food everyday for ten year, I know what she would look like, she would look like fat Monica in the "Friends"
Jen also a serious chain smoker which would help her in the weight control somehow, but those cancer stick would harm and certainly not worth it... we certainly don't recommend you to become a serious smoker, remember that Jen 95% weight secret is in her exercise and healthy diet and not the smoking.
Jennifer is in her 40's right now but she still looking good, it seem celebrities has more important issues in keeping that weight considering celebrity must have great shape on screen to entertain us.
