Brad Pitt Weight Secret
Brad Pitt, aged 46 but still looking great...
So what is his secret in keeping that shape? It's obvious that his strict exercise made him looking good even though he is in his mid 40's.
Check out his daily exercise:
3-4 set with 20-30 reps
Monday, he would train his chest this include: Push-ups, Incline bench press, Chest flyes, and Nautilus press.
Tuesday, he would train his back this include: Pull ups, seated rows, bent over rows, and upright rows.
Wednesday, he would train his shoulder this include: Arnold press, laterals, front raises.
Thursday, he would train his bicep and triceps this include: Push downs, hammer curls, triceps extension.
Friday is for cardio, he would run, cycling, sprint work, etc
In some movie he often do diet such as no smoking and cut back beer and chips but nothing special about his diet.
