Christian Bale also known as the Batman has very great body shape. Nothing to be suprised of if you know what his diet and exercise looks like:
Diet:
You should know that Bale is a vegetarian and his meal is a complete balance of protein, carb, and fats. with more weight on the protein and carb of course, fat is essential in his body building but in a small number.
He get his protein, carb and fat from vegetarian meal such as fruit salad, vegetables, etc. Now the thing about being a vegetarian is that you eat only good fat because those food contain only monosaturated fat that is good for your weight unlike saturated fat common to be found in meat which is not good for your weight.
Exercise:
His exercise is awesome or should I say superhuman exercise. But then again Batman is not a superhuman, he is just an incredible man in a silly suit. Okay let's check his exercise:
His exercise consist of 3 day split exercise:
Day - 1
- Chin-ups supersetted with bent over rows
- Squats
- Power clean
- High Pulls
- Sprint
- Squad jump
- Lunges
- Dumbbell flyes followed with bench press
- clean push ups
- Lateral jumps
