How Cameron Diaz Keep Her Weight In Shape

Cameron Diaz has one of the most awesome actress body in the world, but how does she do it? She love to eat pork, follow no certain diet, and eat whatever she want. What? Then how does she do it?

For a start she never miss breakfast, if you haven't figure it out yet. Thin people usually eat their breakfast and never skip it.

Diaz tries to work out at home an hour a day five days a week. The second secret is that she work out at her home instead in the gym. She spends 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer and 30 minutes or more doing light weight lifting and floor pilates.

And lastly, she love to have sex. Sex is one of the best exercise there is, a single sex is equivalent to an hour weight lifting.
